Each Mila Cantes piece is made with care and prepared just for you. Orders are usually ready to ship within 1–2 business days, or 2–6 business days during peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day). Some pieces, such as LUNA lockets, take up to 5 business days. The production time of each piece is shown in its product details.
We ship worldwide, with delivery times depending on your country. All orders include tracking details, sent by email once dispatched.
Choose from these shipping methods:
- Courier Shipping (DHL/UPS, and DPD in selected countries) – fastest option, delivered straight to your door.
- Standard Tracked Shipping – registered priority mail with tracking.
- Pick Up Point Delivery – available in selected European countries.
As each personalized piece is made according to the details you provide, it cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. Until then, you are welcome to change your order — just contact us as soon as possible. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect: confirmed manufacturing defects are covered by the two-year legal guarantee.
